The company owns a wide range of equipment for civil works and earthworks, including batching plants, cranes, mixer trucks, loaders, Case loaders, excavator backhoes, trailers, bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, water trucks, rollers, and necessary hand tools. Equipment of all types is purchased as needed, and leasing or rental arrangements exist with some of the largest equipment suppliers in the area. A well-trained cadre of long-term maintenance personnel ensures the efficient operation of the equipment. Efforts are made to assign operators who care for the equipment, instil confidence in its use, and take pride in their work.
The engineering and support personnel are all well-qualified, long-term employees. Overhead personnel are kept to a minimum to reduce unproductive expenses. The engineering staff, in addition to being theoretically qualified, are also hands-on professionals familiar with and able to assume field responsibilities.
